🌿 Corporate Herbs
Herbs Natura is my “girl” website.
It began over 20 years ago as a keyword-based affiliate site. Don’t judge — that was the era of “make money fast” promises flooding the internet. I got caught in that web too. Fortunately, I didn’t go far down that path, for reasons I’ll share another time.
Fast forward to now, and Herbs Natura has grown into something more intentional. Over the years, I’ve made sure to write about — or at least mention — herbs that personally helped me: during postpartum, through painful cycles, and now, as I enter early menopause. I took notes, tracked what worked, and explored beyond popular advice from names like Dr. Oz or Deepak Chopra. More often, I turned to PubMed for research and dug deep into traditional herbal practices — especially those rooted in Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Finnish, Serbian, Greek…, and my favorite: the Essene way of life.
This site is still evolving, and so am I. But I’m committed to sharing personal stories, cultural wisdom, and simple herbal truths. Bear with the structure. I’ll keep researching, writing, and sharing, from science to soul.

So, how do we recognize stress before it overtakes us?
Before we become so overwhelmed that nothing — not even modern medicine—seems to help? This is where herbs come in. For me, they’re part of daily life. Not just when I’m unwell, but daily, they help me stay balanced and self-aware. I don’t always stay calm (who does?), but herbs help me notice the moment before things spiral. That’s a powerful gift.
✨ My Daily Corporate Herb Rituals
🧘♀️ 1. Surrender
This is my real secret weapon.
Whenever I feel a judgment rising, a negative thought, or frustration surfacing, I pause and surrender. I remember: We all come from the same place. We’re all doing our best. We’re all just trying to remember who we are.
This isn’t meditation. It’s a moment. A reset. A return to love.
🌿 2. My Go-To Herbal Allies
- Ashwagandha – I carry her everywhere: in my office, at home, and on the road. I use the powder form — easy to mix with water, juice, coconut milk, or yogurt.
- Maca – I often mix this with ashwagandha for energy and hormonal balance.
- Passionflower – Perfect when my thoughts start racing or I feel emotionally overstretched.
- Lavender – I grow it at home. I make tea, lemonade, and little scent sachets I keep in my bag. A few sniffs during the day calm my nerves, and no one at the office even notices.
- Siberian Ginseng – Fast-acting. I feel the difference almost immediately during high-stress days.
- Bacopa Monnieri – This was recommended to me by an Indian colleague. It helped me recover my memory and focus after a mentally challenging time. I’m so grateful for it.
- Holy Basil (Tulsi) – I drink it almost daily. It calms emotional chaos, uplifts my spirit, and soothes inflammation. It’s my tea of choice.

🌱 Remember — herbs don’t replace your intuition. They help you hear it more clearly.
🌿 I also want to mention St. John’s Wort, a plant that has helped many people with emotional exhaustion and burnout (including myself). It’s been used for centuries to lift a low mood and support the nervous system.
That said, it’s a powerful herb — and it can interact with medications (like antidepressants, birth control, and others). If you’re curious about it, always research thoroughly or talk to a qualified herbalist or healthcare provider first.
It’s another reminder: herbs are gentle, but also potent. Respect matters. 💚
⚠️ Note: A Word on St. John’s Wort
This beautiful yellow-flowered plant has been used for centuries to lift mood and ease emotional heaviness. But it also interacts with many medications (including antidepressants, birth control, and blood thinners) and can increase sensitivity to sunlight. If you're considering St. John’s Wort, consult a practitioner first, especially if you're taking medication. Respecting the herb means respecting its strength.
