When we reject a part of our body or a part of our story, we don’t just create emotional distance. Something else also happens, often leading to energetic attachments that affect our spiritual well-being.
That part of us becomes a closed door, and the soul can slowly begin to withdraw from that space. It’s as if we say, “This place is too painful, too shameful… I don’t want to feel it.” And the soul, never forcing itself, steps back. That’s what happened to me. Shame about my body, old beliefs, unspoken pain. They became like hidden rooms within me, shut and silent. But those rooms don’t stay empty.
Energy moves.
Always.
And what we vacate—what we lock away—can become a doorway—a space where other energies can enter. Not to scare us. But to remind us to come back home.
During this awakening journey, I’ve learned that not all energy we feel is ours. Some are echoes from other lives. Some are emotions passed down through generations. And some are… visitors.
When we carry addiction, fear, or deep unhealed wounds, we can attract disembodied energies that resonate with those vibrations. Some are simply looking to continue their own cravings, alcohol, control, chaos, and even emotional drama. Some are angry, confused, and still wandering. And some feed on the frequency of fear because that’s what gave them form in the first place.
You see, every thought we think is a seed of energy. And when we pour belief, emotion, and repetition into it, that seed can grow into what’s known as a thought-form entity. It’s like a cloud with shape—subtle, yet real. It can cling to us, whisper, and feed off the energy we give it. Especially when we don’t know it’s there. We create these beings, not out of will but unconsciousness. But just as we created them, we can also dissolve them.
Not by fighting.
Not by fear.
But by love.
Because love is what we are.
And love is what the soul feeds on.
The soul doesn’t crave validation, wealth, or appearance. It doesn’t want to be “fixed.” It only wants to be felt, seen, honored, fed by kindness, beauty, truth, and love. The soul is the spark of God inside us.
It is the awareness watching behind every thought, breath, and experience. And when we remember this—truly remember- we begin to reclaim the lost parts. We begin to fill empty rooms with light. We stop creating fear forms and start breathing life back into our wholeness.
So if you feel lost, scattered, disconnected, start with love. Not the love that pleases others. The love that says to every cell, every scar, every story: “I see you. I’m here. I won’t turn away again.” Because when we stand fully in the light of who we are, no shadow can stay. No energy can attach. Nothing uninvited can survive. Embracing spiritual energy hygiene ensures we maintain this light. Only God remains—only love.
