Happy herbs seems to be searched quite often online. And with good reason. Stress, worry, and daily problems can create unhappy or moody moments. Many natural herbs and their fragrances have been shown to have an effect on mood or to generate more positive “happier” feelings. - Kava kava.

Hops has sedative properties. It can be used to make a relaxing decoction for the bath.
- St. John’s Wort.
St. John’s Wort is a great antidepressant herb. This herb is good to have around when the winter blues begin to set in, as it helps with mood.
- Lavender (inhalation has a sedative effect).
Lavender is an inexpensive plant used to improve mood, relax muscles and sooth the nerves.
